We are seeking experienced, dedicated and passionate Crisis Care Practitioners (Band 6) to join our Multi-Disciplinary team from either a
Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy
or
Social Work

The CRHT team provide rapid response and intensive home support for adults who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis. We also work with our community teams and partner organisations to provide a range of support options for people experiencing mental health crisis.

This post is eligible for a Golden Hello payment of £2,750 for new starters who are external to the Trust. This is payable in 3 instalments over a 2 year period. This post also includes paid enhancements for unsocial hours working during night, weekends and bank holidays
The service 'gate keeps' all admissions to acute mental health wards, and our crisis house and aims to provide care in the least restrictive manner by offering an alternative to hospital admission through intensive home treatment.
We are seeking experienced Mental Health Practitioners to join our team of Consultant Psychiatrists, Junior Doctors, Non-Medical Prescribers, Nurses, Social Workers and Support Workers providing rapid response for adults who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis.
All staff have access to clinical and managerial supervision, career development opportunities, enhancement for any unsocial hours of working and access to relocation expenses for those meeting the criteria for reimbursement of such expenses. They will also have the opportunity to take on additional training and development in any area of the service they are particularly interested in, and all are supported by an excellent mentor and preceptorship service when they first join.
