There is an excellent permanent opportunity within the ICB for a Personal Assistant (PA) A4C Band 4 based at North Ormesby Health Village, Teeside.
The ICB is responsible for ensuring that high quality and safe health services are accessible to all our communities. It has a wide range of functions including promoting integration of health and care services, improving people's health and wellbeing, and reducing health inequalities.
Provision of a comprehensive Personal Assistant and business support service to the Director and senior leaders for the local Integrated Care Board delivery team based in Teesside.
Supporting the full range of their work including diary management, handling high volume of emails and monitoring mailboxes. The post holder will also be responsible for dealing with a wide nature of enquiries, typing and/or composing quality business level correspondence, complex minute taking, maintaining electronic files, photocopying, travel and accommodation arrangements.
In addition, you will be responsible for the ordering and maintaining efficient stocks and processing orders and invoices for payment.
About usCo-ordinating meetings, preparing agendas and supporting papers in a timely manner, taking detailed minutes as required and undertake any other business support follow-up actions as required.
To work as part of a wider business team providing comprehensive support to operational services across the ICB as required.
To provide line management support within the team.
