Livewell Southwest is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Associate for a full-time position at Plym Bridge House in Plymouth. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to young patients facing mental health challenges, including PTSD, Autism, and Eating Disorders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, treatment, and evaluation of patient care plans under the supervision of registered practitioners, and will play a crucial role in implementing therapeutic programs and fostering effective communication with patients, families, and other professionals.

The position also requires strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration, along with a commitment to upholding the principles of equality and diversity. Key responsibilities include participating in clinical activities, supervising junior staff and nursing students, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to safety and confidentiality protocols. The Nursing Associate will engage in ongoing self-development, reflective practice, and compliance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) guidelines, ensuring that care provided aligns with both organisational policies and best practices in mental health support.
