Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a Managing Director for its Education Academy in London, a key role aimed at maintaining the Trust's leadership in healthcare education and training. Reporting to the Group Chief Medical Officer, the director will oversee a comprehensive education portfolio, including induction, skills training, leadership development, and apprenticeships for over 5,600 learners. Responsibilities include fostering partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing significant funding, and driving innovative education strategies.
