You will need to be committed to improving their experience during their time in hospital, linking in with the Paediatric services, implementing Trust policies and procedures, be able to act promptly on concerns and to communicate effectively and share information appropriately within a multi-agency context where collaborative working is key.
You will also play a large role in developing and supporting the workforce of the Neonatal Team, linking with the Clinical Educators, Risk and Governance Lead and Feeding and Fi Care Lead and participating in staff recruitment process.
