Practice Plus Group is seeking a full-time Paramedic to join their Primary Care Team at HMP Stocken, a category C prison in the East Midlands. The role involves providing high-quality emergency care and minor injury treatment to male patients within the prison, including procedures like suturing, IV access, and emergency interventions. The position requires working collaboratively with primary care nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in both the healthcare center and prison wings.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £47,466 per annum, with a work schedule of 37.5 hours per week, including weekends. Monday - Sunday 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday - 7.30am - 6.30pm Weekends - 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £47,466 per annum - depending on experience.

As a Paramedic, your responsibilities will vary. You will

be an innovative Paramedic, who thrives on a challenge to provide high-quality emergency care and minor injury treatment to patients in both primary care and acute care needs in a prison setting - performing procedures such as suturing, IV access, hemorrhage control, wound care and cardiac & CVA intervention.
Youll be playing an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's care, working as part of a team of primary care nurses, and delivering care to patients both within the healthcare centre and on the Wings/ blocks.
