The role involves diagnosing and treating patients, prioritizing and triaging patient needs, and making referrals for further investigations as necessary. The Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of care and meeting the medical and nursing needs of patients presenting at the health centre.
An opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, ideally with experience of working in primary care to work alongside and support the GPs and existing Nurse Practitioners. The successful candidate will see patients with minor illnesses and assist with chronic disease management as well as carrying out home visits.

Responsible for attending to patients who wish to be seen by a health care professional; diagnosing and treating patients presenting with minor illness; seeing and advising people in respect of their continuing medical and nursing needs. The nurse practitioner will need to prioritise and triage the needs of patients accordingly, making any necessary referrals for investigations in the appropriate manner.
