The London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Specialist Chemotherapy Pharmacist to join their cancer pharmacy team in London. This role involves managing and delivering specialized clinical pharmacy services for cancer patients, working closely with oncologists and haematologists across various treatment settings. Key responsibilities include evaluating and developing pharmaceutical care, participating in chemotherapy service provision, guiding audit and research related to cancer medications, and prescribing chemotherapy as a non-medical prescriber.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about enhancing patient-focused pharmaceutical services, driving clinical governance and audit initiatives, and participating in service improvement projects.
