Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their Knowsley intermediate care bed-based team in Prescot. This role involves supporting adults with complex co-morbidities in both bed-based units and their homes. The therapist will manage a varied caseload autonomously, applying evidence-based and patient-centered approaches to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions. Key responsibilities include providing leadership for junior staff, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating patient participation throughout their recovery journey.
