This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the development and delivery of the new West Yorkshire Community Dental Service Collaborative working with the five providers across West Yorkshire: Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, LOCALA CIC, Leeds Community NHS Trust and Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Clarendon Spa.
We are seeking a motivated, talented and capable leader to join the team as Programme Manager. You will be based with the co-ordinating provider, Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, but you will work across West Yorkshire on key provider collaborative programmes aiming to improve oral care and patient outcomes.
The post holder will provide highly skilled programme management leadership to support the strategic and tactical development of the West Yorkshire Community Dental Service Collaborative.The post holder will:- Provide strong collaborative engagement, working as a 'change agent',creating, facilitating and embedding new ways of working with partnerswithin the collaborative, ensuring risks and issues are proactivelymanaged.- Maintain clear governance standards; putting in place best practiceproject and programme management principles and robust governancethat provides assurance over the development of the collaborativeobjectives and quality outcomes.- Work in partnership to develop a high performing, interdisciplinarypartnerships at all levels so the collaborative programme momentum ismaintained and issues are addressed proactively.- Supporting an improvement culture within the collaborative whichpromotes innovation, spotting opportunities to build wider capability toensure efficiency and improvement remains a focus of the future WestYorkshire CDS collaborative- Will lead and support work with a dynamic group including serviceusers, patients, clinicians and colleagues across the system to deliverthe objectives of the collaborative and associated projects.
