Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant in Kingswood to join their team, focused on delivering exceptional, person-centered care to elderly residents. In this role, you will work closely with the Care team to ensure high standards of personal care and create a safe and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include monitoring residents' wellbeing, participating in care planning, assisting with medication, supervising junior staff, and serving as a key contact for family and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care, along with at least two years of experience in a similar environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward supporting both residents and colleagues are essential.
