**We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000**
To be eligible for the relocation payment, you must live more than 40 miles from the base/location of the post you are applying for and you would need to relocate to within 15 miles of the new base.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Wirral All Age Continuing Care and Complex Care for a B7 Specialist Mental Health Clinician.
The individual will have a working knowledge of the mental Health Act/ Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding, DOLS, experience of undertaking assessments & caseload management. Knowledge of risk assessment processes and management of risk, as well as a personalised care agenda will be essential. The post-holder will undertake various functions relating to the specific caseload of individuals which includes patients placed in specialist Mental Health placements across Wirral as well as out of area placements.
This includes residential care, supported living, inpatient rehab, Nursing Homes & specialist out of area placements. A good knowledge of each particular model of placement's function is required as the role involves reviewing progress of individuals & assessing the ongoing suitability of placements.
The role involves collaborating with the commissioning local authority in joint S117 funded cases and with other third-party organisations at times. As well as knowledge of the CHC funding process knowledge of Section 117 MHA responsibilities is required.
We require a motivated & experienced mental health clinician who can work autonomously & collaboratively in a multi-agency environment with individuals and their representatives as well as other professionals. A current driving licence and vehicle used for business use will be required.
