The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to join their team at Lambourn Grove, a Continuing Care Unit catering to individuals with complex needs. The role involves assisting service users with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and supporting their psychological, social, and spiritual well-being.
