An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our specialist service line as a Business Support Administrator. This is an interesting and varied role which sees you operate at the heart of our business. We pride ourselves on providing high quality services and our forensic inpatient services rated as "Outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission.
The Specialist Service Line provides the following services:
The successful applicant will join a 30 strong admin team based at Chase Farm Hospital and will provide business support to a number of our highly effective senior management team members.
We are seeking a dynamic, well-organised, and pro-active administrator. You will need working knowledge of all key IT systems, with an in depth knowledge of MS Office. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a good eye for detail, and be a true team player. The ability to organise and prioritise work under pressure so as to meet strict deadlines is an essential feature of this job.
