The Southend University Hospital is seeking a motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join its Early Rehabilitation and Nursing Team, based in Westcliff-on-Sea. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients who have undergone lower limb joint replacement surgeries or sustained pelvic and hip fractures. This community-based role is suitable for newly qualified or qualifying physiotherapists looking for a supportive environment, with regular supervision from experienced staff.

In this position, the physiotherapist will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, facilitate safe patient discharges, contribute to service development, and maintain accurate clinical records.
