Opportunity to work within a well-established Breast Team with experienced colleagues, including five breast surgeons and various trainees, enhancing collaborative learning.
Involvement in a tertiary cancer center that treats approximately 500 new breast cancers annually and performs about 180 oncoplastic procedures, providing significant hands-on experience.
Diverse range of oncoplastic surgical techniques available, allowing for skill development in advanced procedures such as therapeutic mammoplasty and various types of breast reconstruction.
Active participation in multi-disciplinary team meetings, enhancing collaboration with other specialties such as Radiology, Pathology, and Oncology, leading to comprehensive patient care.
