You will be a values based leader, role modelling our DBTH Way and We Care Values through your everyday behaviours and interactions with colleagues. You will be driven by a passion for making a difference and motivating others.

You will lead the Trust's business planning processes and ensure a high-quality deliverable plan is developed with support across the organisation which delivers the Trust's objectives. Working closely with colleagues you will also ensure alignment between our operational plans and Trust Strategy.
You will develop a culture of improvement; training and empowering staff to re-design and re-model the care they deliver, whilst supporting the Quality Improvement Team to thrive.
You will provide leadership to the Trust's work on health inequalities and those colleagues working to reduce them, including oversight of the QUIT team aligned with the wider Healthier Hospitals Programme.
You will ensure the Trust has effective processes to monitor its performance throughout the organisation and clear governance to manage performance related risks and issues as they arise.
