The University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Haematology Pharmacist to join its cancer pharmacy team in London. This permanent role focuses on providing specialized pharmaceutical care to patients with malignant and non-malignant haematological conditions, particularly those undergoing systemic anti-cancer treatment and haematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior cancer pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to enhance pharmacy services, promote clinical governance, and support the management of clinical trials. This position also involves educating pharmacy and multidisciplinary staff about innovative treatments and contributing to service improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have clinical cancer experience, a strong commitment to person-centred care, and a desire to advance their career within cancer services. Key responsibilities include delivering evidence-based clinical advice, ensuring safe medication handling, and contributing to the development of the clinical pharmacy service.
