As a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions, and key work responsibilities. You will manage an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with the people we support, and treating them respectfully and with dignity.

You will be a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. We're looking for demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist setting, ideally with those who have substance misuse issues. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. Essential Skills To be successful in this role, you will:

have attained ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months

have demonstrable experience of working or volunteering in health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist setting

have a successful track record of working or volunteering with people who have experienced Substance Misuse issues

have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike

be able to work effectively in a team, supporting others when needed

be resilient under pressure and able to prioritise your work

have good oral and written communication skills and be IT competent

Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle

able to be flexible with your working hours on occasion and be happy to support other With You locations when needed
