The Practice Plus Group is seeking a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join the Primary Care team at HMP Askham Grange, a female open prison located near York. As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
Contribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics
Support the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care on the wings and healthcare centres
