The Nurse Team Leader for Hazel Ward PICU at Parklands Hospital in Basingstoke is responsible for providing clinical leadership and supporting the management of a 10-bed Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit for male service users. The role involves assessing care needs, developing and evaluating care programs, and overseeing the deployment and supervision of junior staff. The position requires the ability to take charge of the ward, work unsocial hours, and engage in continuous professional development, including leading key projects and attending relevant training.
