The Support Worker will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to clients with cerebral palsy, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Working Hours:
You will be a part of a team delivering the following hours of care:
Term time:
Monday-Friday 16:00-20:30 Saturdays 10:00-20:30
School Holidays:
Monday to Friday 10:00-20:30 and Saturdays 10:00-20:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
