The Medical Examiner Officer position at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust in Camberley offers a unique opportunity to support the growing Medical Examiner service, which focuses on scrutinizing the circumstances and causes of death for both hospital and community cases. The role involves providing essential advice and support to bereaved families, healthcare professionals, and registration services, acting as a key point of contact within the system.

In addition to aiding medical examiners, the post holder will help implement and integrate processes related to the Medical Examiner’s duties and the national Learning from Death Strategy. Collaboration with the Patient Safety Team is also a key aspect, ensuring the effective management of the Trust's mortality systems and adherence to performance indicators.
