This is a temporary Concierge role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves creating a positive first impression, handling visitor and resident enquiries, and maintaining the Bistro area.
As a Concierge, your focus will be to create a positive and long-lasting first impression of Avery Healthcare. You will be responsible for greeting and directing all visitors, monitoring the Bistro area, handling resident requests and queries, and completing administrative duties as required. The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and good organizational skills. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
- Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
- Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
- Completing administrative duties as required.

- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to handle multiple priorities.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
