Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Sister/Charge Nurse for the Interventional Radiology Theatres at Hull Royal Infirmary. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years of post-registration experience, including at least one year at Band 6 level, and preferably have experience in Interventional Radiology. The role entails managing a nursing team, maintaining high standards of patient care, and overseeing day-to-day departmental operations, which include patient recovery, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and involvement in audits and change management initiatives. The job responsibilities also include managing nursing staff and administrative tasks like rostering, HR issues, and staff development, while ensuring compliance with clinical duties and budget management.
