The TVRA Clinical Research Manager position at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is an internal role aimed at candidates currently employed within South Tees or North Tees Trusts. The role involves providing daily operational management and clinical oversight of the TVRA Research Delivery Team, which is a collaboration between the Research & Development Departments of both trusts. The manager will play a crucial role in leading the research delivery workforce, directly overseeing the Research Team Leads, and ensuring a strong presence in both trusts.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the ethical implementation of clinical research studies in line with relevant regulations and policies, such as the NMC Code of Conduct and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. The Clinical Research Manager will be clinically accountable for service delivery and maintaining compliance among staff regarding evolving regulatory guidelines to ensure safe clinical care for patients participating in research trials.
