Are you passionate about making a real difference in patients' lives? Northampton General Hospital is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our dedicated Oncology team. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for adult oncology patients. In this dynamic position, you'll provide tailored Pharmaceutical Services to inpatients, outpatients, and day case chemotherapy patients, facilitating a responsive and compassionate care experience.
Utilising your expert clinical knowledge, you’ll communicate complex information to healthcare professionals, patients, and carers, helping to enhance the quality of patient care. You’ll also take on a leadership role by supervising and training pharmacy staff, contributing to guidelines and protocols, and supporting a proactive, patient-focused clinical pharmacy service.
