The Executive Assistant role at Helmsley Medical Centre is a dual-position supporting both the medical centre and the Primary Care Network (PCN). The successful candidate will primarily assist the Lead Manager and Clinical Director, as well as provide support to other executive members as necessary. Responsibilities include managing diaries, organizing meetings, taking minutes, compiling reports, maintaining HR records, and overseeing recruitment processes. Additionally, the role involves general administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, handling correspondence, and managing sensitive information.

This position demands effective communication and organisational skills, with responsibilities also extending to project support and maintaining procedures across the PCN. The role primarily operates within the Helmsley Medical Centre but will require occasional travel to other practices. The hours for this position range between 30 to 37 per week, emphasizing a commitment to confidentiality, health and safety, equality, and professional development in alignment with the practice's policies.
