The Support Worker for the Multi-Agency Rapid Response Service (MARRS) in Roche/Bodmin with Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will play a vital role in delivering urgent care to children and young people facing mental health and social care crises. This position requires working within an integrated, multi-disciplinary CAMHS team focused on providing a holistic, family-centered approach to crisis care, with the aim of preventing inpatient admissions and facilitating recovery. The Support Worker will engage with young individuals and their families, delivering short-term intensive interventions and home treatments while ensuring seamless collaboration with various services, including the Southwest Collaborative and children's social care.

This role necessitates a commitment to a shift-based schedule, covering 24/7 operations to ensure flexibility and timely responses to urgent needs.
