The COMHAD Specialist Practitioner role at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Woolwich is focused on delivering specialized substance misuse and mental health interventions within the Complex Emotional Needs Service. The practitioner will undertake assessments, provide individual and group interventions, and work independently while collaborating with substance use and mental health services to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
