The NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is seeking a People Services Transformation Manager to lead workforce initiatives and support organisational excellence within the Integrated Care Board (ICB). This dynamic HR practitioner will work closely with senior management to implement both planned and unplanned transformation projects, including large-scale organisational changes. Responsibilities will include designing bespoke Organisational Development (OD) interventions, providing expert advice on Learning and Development options, and developing HR strategies and policies that align with best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, promoting collaboration and innovation in HR and People services. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality service, use their judgement to provide routine and non-routine OD support, and support ICB managers and employees by guiding them through the available development options. Ultimately, the role aims to promote a supportive environment where workforce transformation can thrive, aligning with the core values of Care, Connect, and Innovate.
