The University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Locum Consultant Infection Specialist for a fixed-term position involving 10 Programmed Activities (PAs) dedicated to developing data-driven operational and clinical decision support for antibiotic stewardship. The successful candidate will ideally possess knowledge of electronic health records, specifically the Epic system, and have a background in data, digital, and analytical skills. This role includes clinical responsibilities within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on antimicrobial stewardship, and opportunities to engage in research and digital safety standards.

The position also entails leading initiatives to create real-time reporting dashboards and enhancing data models that support effective antimicrobial stewardship. The candidate will engage closely with clinical teams, contribute to academic research, and assist in the design and governance of research protocols.
