The Endoscopy Coordinator role at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust involves supervising a team of endoscopy administrators and booking clerks across two sites, ensuring the timely and appropriate scheduling of patients in accordance with Trust guidelines and Government targets. The successful candidate will work closely with Nurse Team Managers and senior management to maintain service quality and optimize capacity, while also leading administrative processes and procedures within the Endoscopy service.

Candidates should possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in an NHS booking environment and waiting list management. The position requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing demands. The role entails spending time at both Worthing and St Richard's Hospital, and the candidate will also be expected to support the Admin Services Manager in their absence. Full-time availability across five working days is necessary for this position.
