The Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Eating Disorders Specialist Dietician to enhance its Eating Disorders Service in Cheltenham or Gloucester. This highly regarded service provides specialized assessment and treatment for individuals and families dealing with eating disorders. With recent funding, the role aims to bolster dietetic support for patients aged 6 and older across two specialized teams: the Risks High in Eating Disorders (RHED) team and the Assessment and Treatment team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing comprehensive dietetic assessments and treatment for diverse age groups.
- Engaging with urgent referrals and multi-agency partners.
- Leading clinical initiatives and contributing to service improvements, particularly for ARFID, Type 1 Diabetes, and disordered eating.
- Developing a community ARFID treatment pathway and supporting ongoing quality service delivery.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, offering specialist advice to other professionals and promoting awareness of eating disorders in the community.

The position requires an experienced dietician who can work autonomously within a dynamic team.
