Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a motivated Health Care Assistant to join its Community Hospital Team in Llandudno. The successful candidate will provide skilled, clinical care, supporting trained nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to individuals who are acutely or chronically ill, frail, or disabled. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but applicants who speak either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply. An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care.
The post holder will support the trained nurse and other health care professionals in the delivery of the highest standard of patient focused care.
Improve the Quality of the fundamental aspects of Health and Social Care for people who are acutely or chronically ill, frail or disabled.
