MATERNITY MIDWIFERY NHS
The General Manager for the Women's Clinical Services Unit (WCSU) at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust will be responsible for operational and strategic leadership within the unit, which includes Maternity services and Gynaecology. The role demands collaboration with the Clinical Director and Head of Midwifery/Nursing to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services, meet local and national standards, and maintain budgetary control across all areas. The post-holder will be accountable for achieving performance targets and driving initiatives outlined in the national maternity transformation plan.

Candidates are expected to have significant experience in operational and strategic management, budget management, and change management, along with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
