Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a Trainee Psychological Therapist (CBT-ED) for its Suffolk Adult Eating Disorder Service, based in Bury St. Edmunds and Ipswich. This full-time, two-year position is intended for experienced clinicians from core professions (such as nursing, social work, or occupational therapy) who are enthusiastic about working with adults facing eating disorders. The role involves a combination of providing psychological interventions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and undergoing rigorous training, with a focus on CBT for Eating Disorders in the second year.

The post-holder will contribute to clinical tasks while balancing academic responsibilities, spending four days per week in the service and one day dedicated to training.
