Role Overview: Integrated Care 24 Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Driver/Receptionist to work in a busy, out-of-hours patient care environment. The primary responsibilities include transporting GPs to patient visits while ensuring confidentiality, and performing reception duties such as booking and coordinating appointments.
Key Requirements:
- Full clean driving license
- Knowledge of the Norfolk area
- Proficient in using various IT solutions
- Ability to show care and compassion to patients
- Willingness to work overnight and weekends
Work Schedule: Flexible full-time or part-time roles available, with shifts ranging from 7.5 to 12.5 hours. Typical hours are between 06:00 and 20:00 during weekdays, with differential pay rates for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Compensation:
- Standard hourly rate: £11.47 (weekdays 06:00-20:00)
- 15% uplift for after-hours and Saturday work
- 20% uplift for Sundays
- 60% uplift for bank holidays

Do you have good knowledge and understanding of the Norfolk area and can use various IT solutions and have a full clean driving licence. Are you able to show fantastic care and compassion to patients and willing to work overnight and weekends as the norm for our out of hours service? If so, we would love to hear from you. Full Time or part time available. Shift work across evenings, overnights and weekends. Shifts from 7.5 hours to 12.5 hours long. During weekdays between 06:00 and 20:00, the hourly rate is £11.47. For work on weekdays after 20:00 and before 06:00, as well as on Saturdays, a 15% uplift applies. All time worked on Sundays receives a 20% uplift, while any hours worked on Bank Holidays come with a 60% uplift.
