This role, requiring 32-35 hours per week (potentially over four days), emphasises strong skills in people management, finance, and business management to support the GP partners in delivering efficient healthcare to 6,600 patients. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing clinical and administrative staff, handling recruitment and retention, ensuring compliance with HR legislation, ensuring staff training, and managing financial aspects like budgets and payroll. The manager will also coordinate policy updates, maintain CQC compliance, and liaise with the Primary Care Network. The position offers an NHS pension, private healthcare, and five weeks of holiday, with salary based on experience.
