Cranbrook Primary Care Network wishes to recruit up to 2 WTE Paramedics to join our multi-disciplinary team. The post-holder will work autonomously alongside the GP Practices in the PCN, acute care teams and within the community at an advanced level of practice, using their enhanced clinical assessment and treatment skills, to provide first point of contact for patients presenting with undiagnosed problems, supporting the rapid assessment of same-day presentations.
There is a strong focus on teamwork as the paramedic role is the key interface between General Practice and community services such as care homes, social services and community nursing teams.
The successful candidate would be an experienced paramedic with additional post-graduate study at Level 7 from an accredited UK university and will be registered with the HCPC college of paramedics.
