Job Summary: Paramedic Practitioner - Cranbrook PCN, Ilford with Healthbridge Direct
Healthbridge Direct is seeking a Paramedic Practitioner to join an established team serving a patient population of 72,000 across 11 General Practices within the Cranbrook Primary Care Network (PCN). The role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on telephone triage, treatment of minor ailments, medications management, and home visits, particularly in care homes.
Candidates will work autonomously, utilizing advanced clinical skills to address undiagnosed patient presentations and support same-day assessments. Collaboration with General Practices, acute care teams, and community services is essential. Applicants should hold a recognized paramedic qualification, be registered with the HCPC, and have completed post-graduate education at Level 7.
Key responsibilities include managing a clinical caseload, enhancing triage services, acting as a Resuscitation Officer, providing clinical leadership, and mentoring staff. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.
