                                                     The post will report to the nominated digital lead from CLCH, WL and CNWL: currently a CIO, CDIO and CCIO who all share responsibility for digital strategy in their respective organisations. The role will preside over the delivery portfolio for digital on behalf of this provider collaborative. As such, accountability will be forged across the three Trusts with any key reporting lines to be determined as the role develops   This is an exciting role that will seek to unify key digital health and transformation opportunities across these three neighbouring NHS provider Trusts. This provider collaborative have shared interests that go beyond having the same Electronic Health Record (EHR) in common, and are keen to consolidate and innovate on areas where having a shared approach would be best practice.   This could be optimising our existing clinical and operational pathways through to potentially creating new ways of working- all through the use of digital and data. Recognising the financial pressures at play across health and care right now, a large part of this role would also be recognising our collective technical debt...and specifically how we might do more with what we've already got.   The postholder will take an overarching responsibility on collaboration across the Trusts, not only supporting delivery of their strategic priorities but bringing together new opportunities for consideration. Many of the objectives of the role will involve working across the three NHS Trusts in the collaborative. The postholder will work closely with Managing Directors and Leadership Teams within each Division, including the Digital/ICT departments.   About us  The postholder will work with the Digital Leadership team across CLCH, WL and CNWL to develop and enhance and deliver cross-cutting collaboration of digital programmes that support the Trusts strategies and long-term plan commitments.   The postholder will lead on unifying, developing and implementing new ways of working using digital and data that will optimise the health and care experience of not only our workforces, but those using our services.   They will work with key leads within the Trusts as well as establishing strong external partnership relationships which join up pathways of care across organisational boundaries.   The postholder will play an important role in building and managing external relationships across our ICS and Place Based footprints and will support members of the Digital Board in contributing to ICS and place based Digital Strategies. The postholder will undertake significant engagement and working in collaboration with a number of different stakeholders, including ICS and Place based Partnership leads, commissioners, acute, primary care, and mental health providers as well as the public, voluntary and community sector organisations   Initially the role will have a particular emphasis on working with Digital teams to lead and shape the delivery of a number of key cross cutting priorities across our organisations. The role is expected to provide visible leadership, be driven by data and promote high standards by modelling the values and behaviours expected of a senior manager in the NHS.
