As a Learning Disabilities Nurse, you will collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to assess service users' needs, develop care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care. Your responsibilities will include serving as the Named Nurse, ensuring compliance with mental health legislation, and leading nursing teams in the absence of the Charge Nurse.
