                                                    Senior Health Care Assistant - Hospice at Home with Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust in Salisbury

                                                     Are you passionate about palliative and end of life care?   Do you have experience of working with patients in the community or senior health care experience?   An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hospice at Home team (H@H). Working alongside the multidisciplinary team the H@H team provide high quality palliative and end of life care to patients wishing to remain in their own home.   We are inviting applications from candidates with a passion for palliative care and end of life care, looking for career development in this area. Candidates will need to work flexibly within the H@H service providing social, emotional, psychological and wider well-being care to our patients and their families.   Please see attached job description and person specification.   Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
