The Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate Senior Health Care Assistant for their Hospice at Home (H@H) team in Salisbury. This role involves delivering high-quality palliative and end-of-life care to patients who prefer to stay in their own homes, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in community care or senior health care and be committed to providing comprehensive social, emotional, psychological, and overall well-being support to patients and their families.
