Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced EPR Cutover Manager to oversee the implementation of a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, Oracle Health Millennium, which is set to go live in June 2025. The Cutover Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the Cutover Plan, ensuring a smooth transition from existing systems to the new EPR while collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical teams. Key responsibilities include designing a tailored cutover strategy, managing data migration and integration activities, and mitigating risks to minimize disruption during the transition.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency in EPR systems and a strong understanding of change control processes. They will lead the planning and execution of the cutover phase, ensuring that all operational and clinical requirements are met while delivering a robust strategy for the successful implementation of the EPR.
