Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Coding Auditor and Team Leader in Sutton in Ashfield. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, extensive knowledge of clinical coding rules, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, along with significant experience in NHS cross-speciality clinical coding. Candidates without an Accredited Clinical Coder (ACC) certification but with over two years of relevant experience will be considered, with support provided to achieve NCCQ certification.

The Trust promotes a flexible working environment, accommodating various schedules including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Currently transitioning from paper medical records to electronic patient records, the role allows for one day of remote work per week, with possibilities for expansion in the future.
