The Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Full-Time Digital and E-Learning Developer for a hybrid position based in Dorchester, offering the flexibility of remote work. The role, fixed-term until March 2026, requires the candidate to contribute to the development of engaging digital learning resources that enhance the educational experience of staff. Ideal applicants will possess a strong passion for learning and a high level of computer literacy, as they will work closely with subject matter experts to create interactive eLearning content using various authoring tools.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining digital learning content, conducting user testing, and staying updated on trends in digital education. The role involves effective communication with staff at all levels and managing the entire eLearning project lifecycle from conception to implementation on the Oracle Learning Management System. The successful candidate will also provide training support materials and assist learners with access-related issues, playing a critical role in ensuring the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
