Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a registered NMC Nurse with significant experience as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse for the permanent, full-time role of Senior Specialist Diabetes Nurse. This role entails hybrid working (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) and aims to enhance service delivery for patients with Type II Diabetes.

We are looking to recruit a registered NMC Nurse, who has experience as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our team at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and forward thinking, to help us drive improvements in service delivery.
This post is permanent, flexible (hybrid working), full time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday service.
The Community Diabetes multi-disciplinary team works across health care settings and patients homes within Leeds and consists of specialist nurses, dietitians, GP's, pharmacists and diabetes facilitators who provide care and treatment to patients living with Type II Diabetes. This role is designed to provide leadership to our diabetes specialist nursing team and to work alongside our clinical lead nurse, clinical lead dietitian and team manager.
All staff are provided with a laptop and smart phone for hybrid working and remote access to SystmOne.
