As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver clinical care to the high standards the organisation is known for. You'll be responsible for implementing safeguarding policies, overseeing care plans, and making critical clinical decisions to ensure that the needs of every resident are met. You'll also provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the team to keep them up-to-date with the latest clinical developments.
In this role, you'll be required to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You'll need experience in gerontology and a strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You'll be a dedicated and motivational individual who enjoys sharing your knowledge with others, as demonstrated through successful clinical mentorship and performance management. You'll also pride yourself on your person-centred and compassionate approach to nursing.
