The role of "Mental Health Liaison Team Education Lead / Senior Practitioner" at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Cosham involves overseeing and delivering mental health education and training for staff within the Mental Health Liaison Team (MHLT) and Portsmouth Hospitals University Trust. The successful candidate will coordinate training that addresses the specific needs of the service, ensuring it aligns with NICE Guidelines and PLAN standards, while incorporating feedback from patients, staff, and leadership. They will be responsible for developing training curricula, collaborating with team members including Peer Support Workers, and seeking external support if necessary.
